Job Shadow Day at Mots

Over 500 high school students and more than 50 companies were part of the program organized by prof. Camelia Mot as a Junior Achievement Romania representative and high school teacher, in collaboration with The Timisoara Software Business Incubator, ARIES and our agency.

Four of the participant students were our shadows for the following positions: marketing executive, designer, developer and agency manager. We must admit this was pretty overwhelming (for us) because they did have a lot of questions to ask – being their first contact with a real and living business environment.
