  • Marketing Assistant

    We're looking for a full-time marketing assistant whose role would be to: analyze, plan, coordinate and control campaigns and customer relationships. According to us, this is almost impossible, unless this person likes, is good at and has at least some minimum experience regarding:

    • Business and marketing related researches
    • Self-contribution to copy and art ideas
    • Writing reports based on thorough marketing analysis
    • Calculating budgets and requirements for campaigns
    • Communication with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders on a daily basis
    • Sustained and painstaking team efforts

  • Senior Graphic Designer

    Are you often concerned about art and aesthetically pleasing stuff around you? Would you like to translate it into great commercial selling masterpieces? Great! But, before sending us an email, you should:

    • "Own" Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Have at least some basic knowledge about handling InDesign
    • Have a backpack full of interesting work (web + print)
    • Know how to handle a graphic tablet
    • Perform well in tight-deadlined and under-stress conditions
    • Understand marketing language and customer oriented aproaches
    • Always be a team player

  • Senior Copywriter

    We're seeking for a long term project-based relationship with a skilled copyguy or girl. Required:

    • Excellent writing talent
    • Proficient in Romanian
    • Native-like English speaking and understanding
    • Flawless grammar on both languages
    • Capacity to analyze and evaluate message targets
    • Absolute respect to deadlines and fellow team members (and their opinions)

  • Web Developer

    This is another long term project-based job. As a web developer you would have to know how to plan, develop, deploy and upgrade custom build Content Management Systems. Yes, this involves getting dirty with stuff like: tech briefs, photoshop slices, css, jquery, php... the fun stuff. Must haves:

    • Relevant experience in web development
    • Knowledge of XHTML 1.0 strict and CSS 2 semantics
    • Past experience with AJAX
    • A set of web applications developed with object oriented PHP
    • Able to generate ideas, innovate and share
    • Capable of working in a team driven environment
    • A strange attraction to coffee
